Dust Bowl Cafe

Different AI seats. One governed room.

Dust Bowl Cafe is being built as a conversational room where independent AI seats can contribute to the same job while KSD keeps routing, authority, state and verification outside the models themselves.

Why a room?

Agreement is useful. Independent reasoning is more useful.

The Cafe is designed so required seats can answer independently before results are combined. A provider can fail or be replaced without becoming the permanent architecture.

SeatA bounded AI participant, not a control authority.
RoundtableCoordinates the session as a Dispatch module.
DispatchOwns governed execution and mission state.
OrbitIndependently reviews proof and unresolved disagreement.
Status

In development. Not yet for sale.

The public site describes the product direction without claiming a released mobile app, completed provider integrations or a verified commercial service before those gates close.

Independent responses

Required seats should answer without seeing each other first where independence matters.

Explicit degraded state

If a required seat fails, the room should say so rather than silently pretending consensus.

Proof-linked completion

Where the Cafe creates governed work, completion follows the same Dispatch + Orbit proof discipline as the rest of KSD.
