Subscriber privacy

Email signup should stay narrow.

This notice covers information submitted through KSD Labs public update, waitlist and early-access forms. It does not replace product-specific privacy terms for other KSD services.

What the signup registry keeps

Only what is needed to run the list.

The signup system can retain your email address, optional first name, the KSD area you asked to hear about, the page/source of the signup, consent and privacy-notice versions, timestamps, confirmation state and unsubscribe/suppression state.

PurposeSend the KSD updates or product-interest notices you requested.

ConfirmationMarketing eligibility stays pending until the email address is confirmed.

UnsubscribeCampaign messages include a signed unsubscribe path; suppressed addresses are excluded from later marketing sends.

ProvidersEmail delivery providers are replaceable infrastructure. The KSD subscriber and consent record is maintained separately from the delivery provider.

Separation

Operational or sensitive service data is not a marketing list by default.

KSD does not treat participation in a separate service, community or protected workflow as automatic consent to public marketing email.
